View of the engine room with the steam engine. The steering wheel and system of pulleys and belts, transmitted force to the factory needed to move the moving axes in columns, and hence the factory machines. The use of steam goes back to the origin of the factory, and it was maintained between 1908 and 1914, giving way to electricity (coal was imported). This is not the original machine, but it comes from another similar plant. The annex to this room building is the boiler building, with the coal to feed boilers, and the connection to the chimney.
